Anise-Cumin-Fennel Aquavit

Yields: 1.75 quarts flavored aquavit .
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon fennel

1.75 liters potato vodka

1 teaspoon granulated sugar


	card solids, and carefully pour infused vodka back into original bottle. 3. Keep infused aquavit in freezer until ready to serve. Serve chilled, directly from freezer.


	1. Crush the anise, cumin, and fennel with bottom of heavy skillet. Place in glass jar. 2. Pour vodka into jar. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for 3 weeks. Strain vodka through cheesecloth. Dis

	Skjold Building Society Annual Meeting


	The annual meeting of the Skjold Building Society will be held at St Mark Lutheran Church Center, 205 S. Wille Street, Mt. Prospect, Illinois on January 20, 2005, at 7:30PM. The agenda will include a financial report and an election of officers. All members of Skjold Lodge are now also members of Skjold Building Society and can vote at the annual meeting.
