Enjoy a Meal!

Make a bid!

Please join us for a hearty Italian supper and a fun evening bidding on items at auction.  Bid high and make sure you get that item you want!

Win a gift!

HERE IS HOW THE BENEFIT WORKS:
This is a fun event to raise funds to help defer the cost of producing and distributing our newsletter, "Skjold News".

Members are encouraged to purchase items throughout the year and donate them to the auction.  Items from Norway or with a Norwegian theme are best, but any item is fine.  A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself, "is this an item I would want myself?"  The items should be at least $15 in value.

When you bring the item to the auction, it should be wrapped and indicate
WHERE it is from (Norway, Austria, Marshall Field, etc.) but not WHAT is in the package.  The wrapping is up to you.  Some people put very fancy gifts in a box and then wrap it with plain brown paper.  Others use very fancy wrapping.  Part of the fun is that you really don't know what you are bidding on--only where it is from and that it is worth at least $15.

The Homemade Italian supper is $12.00
