Syttende Mai, Norwegian Constitution Day, is part of our heritage.  Each May, Skjold Lodge marches in the annual Syttende Mai (17 of May) parade in Park Ridge, Illinois.  This year's parade is on Sunday, May 20th. The parade kicks off at Talcott and Cumberland by Nelson's Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Rd.; and finishes at City Hall where you can enjoy food and crafts and join in the GRAND MARCH!  Marchers can park at Nelson's Funeral Home.  See additional details starting on this page.
